Strategic Compliance & Employee Relations Leader

AllSaints currently seeks a senior HR professional to lead compliance and employee relations across the U.S. and Canada. You will update policies, audit onboarding and wage compliance, and partner with Payroll and legal counsel to ensure risk-mitigated outcomes. The role requires 5+ years in HR with employment law expertise, cross-site collaboration, and strong investigative skills.
