Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas, TX seeks a Clinical Liaison (RN, PT, OT, or SLP) to advocate for referred patients during pre-admission, collaborating with clinical teams to assess needs and coordinate care across physicians and families.
