Position at Clarvida - Pennsylvania Work Location: New Kensington, Pennsylvania [School, Clinic & Telehealth Based] Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30.00-$32.00 per client hour, Differential rates for administrative work and travel
About the Role Clarvida is hiring an Outpatient Therapist in New Kensington, PA. This full-time role offers competitive hourly rates, travel compensation, and opportunities for licensed clinicians to earn more than the non-licensed scale. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy inside schools and the outpatient clinic, maintain timely clinical documentation, ensure compliance with state/local regulations, and travel between school sites or appointment locations—all aligned with Clarvida's person-centered, trauma-informed care model.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy for assigned caseload within the Fox Chapel Area School District or Burrell School District (elementary, middle, high school levels)
- Maintain clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Travel to appointment sites, schools, or other required locations as outlined in program requirements
- Adhere to state and local regulatory requirements pertaining to school-based mental health services
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support clients
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical field from an accredited institution
- Verified clinical practicum or internship completed
- Licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Pennsylvania OR willing to work under non-licensed rate if license is not held
- Willingness to travel between school and appointment sites (up to 100% travel possible)
