Assistant Manager

Description Responsible for managing internet leads from initial inquiry through appointment setting and final sale. Respond quickly and professionally to online customers, qualify their needs, follow up consistently, schedule dealership visits and test drives, and build strong customer relationships. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to showroom and assist in closing deals. Monitor lead activity, maintain accurate CRM records, track follow-ups, and focus on maximizing appointment conversions, sales opportunities, and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities $44 Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or dealership management.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to hold employees accountable.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales-closing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage leads, schedules, follow-ups, and daily dealership operations.
• Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
