The Opportunity
We’re hiring a

Sales / Account Manager (Business Development)

to drive new client partnerships and expand our presence in Central Texas.

in the Austin market- where you’ll have the autonomy to grow your business with full support from a dedicated recruiter.
What You’ll Do
Build new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
Develop and manage client relationships from first contact to close
Negotiate contracts and deliver tailored staffing solutions
Partner closely with a dedicated recruiter to fulfill client needs
Grow and expand your book of business over time
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of sales or business development experience
Proven success in cold calling and building business from scratch
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Driven, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset
Based in or near Austin, TX (for client meetings as needed)
