This entry-level role is critical to maintaining soldier readiness, morale, and operational success. No prior experience required. What You'll Do: Perform administrative and personnel tasks for all ranks and roles. Manage soldier records, benefits, and assignments. Maintain confidential and sensitive personnel data. Ensure unit readiness through effective HR support. What We Offer: Pay: $40,000–$80,000 per year. Bonuses: Up to $40,000 for high-demand roles.
