Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a close-knit, hardworking team of three. Ive been with State Farm for nine years its the only company Ive ever worked for and I started as a team member before opening my own agency. That experience shaped how I lead today: with empathy, energy, and a focus on creating an environment where people truly enjoy coming to work. As a mom of five (ages 19 to 4), family and work-life balance are huge priorities for me, and I make sure my team enjoys that same flexibility and support. We believe that when you take care of your people, theyll take care of your customers. Our office culture is fun, social, and full of positivity. Were a tight-knit team that works hard, celebrates wins, and shares plenty of laughs along the way. Ashley Taylor - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
