About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its Life Solutions Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and sustainable growth of the organization. This includes leading financial results, operational excellence, quality, risk management, and organizational effectiveness. The CEO will also be tasked with maintaining and growing major accounts, developing new business opportunities, and representing the company commercially in the field. Ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to project timelines, budgets, and margins are key aspects of the role. Additionally, the CEO will drive the technical development of the business unit, oversee workforce safety, and ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO standards, and internal procedures. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a Director, Manager, or related role within the food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries. The role requires a candidate who is adept at maintaining and growing major accounts, developing new business opportunities, and representing the company commercially. The CEO will be expected to ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to project timelines, budgets, and margins. Driving the technical development of the business unit, overseeing workforce safety, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, ISO standards, and internal procedures are also key responsibilities.
