The ideal candidate for this position will have graduated from an accredited Speech-language Pathology Assistant program, is licensed in Texas. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual required (English & Spanish) Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Role (SLPA) Provide a wide range of interventions as outlined in the individualized plan of care determined by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist. Conduct individual or group treatment sessions of speech/language and oral motor development, and consult with other staff and the child's caregivers. Complete documentation to support the delivery of Speech Therapy services. Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record. Adhere to ethical and legal standards.
