NOW HIRING: Experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
The Woodlands, TX
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent data entry skills, be comfortable working with numbers, and have advanced Excel skills.
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or administrative office experience required
Strong high-volume data entry skills
Excellent with numbers and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable answering phones and assisting visitors
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Greet visitors and maintain a professional front office
Perform high-volume data entry
Enter and maintain numerical information accurately
Assist with Excel spreadsheets and reports
Provide general administrative support
Maintain an organized and professional office environment
