We are seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to become part of our esteemed Women’s Health Care Center located in Holmdel, NJ. The practice operates from a single location in Holmdel and collaborates with Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ, a reputable hospital system that includes specialists in women’s health and support from St. Barnabas residents. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians to join a growing practice in a desirable location, offering a fulfilling career in various aspects of women’s health.

• Monmouth Medical Center is a premier hospital featuring a high-level NICU unit, robotic technology for GYN surgeries, and specialists in women’s health.
• Collaboration with resident physicians from the St. Barnabas program.
• A well-established patient base built over 15 years of operation.
• Average patient census of approximately 20-25 per day.
• Flexible option to work a 4-day week.
• Opportunity to perform minimally invasive GYN surgeries in-office.
• Excellent work/life balance with call responsibilities limited to one day per week and one weekend per month, which can be managed from home.
• Attractive compensation and benefits package.
• Starting with 4 weeks of vacation.
• Base salary of $300,000 plus bonuses.
• Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available.
• Partnership eligibility after two years of service.
