Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, dock doors, and perimeter locations, with duties varying by site conditions. Monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and/or deliveries to help support authorized site access and report unusual activity according to post instructions. Assist with site‑specific logistics and distribution operations by observing shipping and receiving areas, reporting operational irregularities, and/or following established communication protocols. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security‑related experience are required. A TSA issued TWIC is required. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
