Registered Nurse Rehabilitation

Job Summary:

Per diem Registered Nurse position requires flexibility to work during a strike, including attending onboarding and orientation. This role involves providing specialized rehabilitation nursing care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
  
  
• 
  Complete onboarding and orientation requirements to qualify for strike work.
  
  
• 
  Verify active nursing licenses and ensure all required certifications are current.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic health record system.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to compliance standards, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
  
  
• 
  Manage timesheets, including manual submissions for shifts if badges are not provided, ensuring timely approval.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active nursing license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health record systems.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP as applicable.
  
  
• 
  Show proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or valid declination documentation.
  
  
• 
  Possess experience in a rehabilitation nursing environment.
