Regardless of how, when or where you want to fly, our mission is simple; deliver a premium, personalized aviation experience for every customer.Role Overview: What You'll Be DoingWheels Up is looking for a world-class member service representative at our member operations center in Chamblee, GA and join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.This position is responsible for direct interaction with members to facilitate and manage the completion of each member's trip. This position is responsible for building relationships with members to anticipate their needs and manage accounts to ensure a seamless execution of service and trip. This individual needs to be solution based when issues arise to provide accurate and effective communication.ResponsibilitiesYour Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Monitor daily flight activity of members to ensure complete accuracy.Facilitate smooth transition of flight briefings between all shift changes.Listen and engage with members in communication to build relationships and handle logistics of each reservation (land, air, catering, special requests)Account Management of Member Trip ProfileImplement and Communicate plans to member to solve delays.QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification RequirementsAbility to commute to Chamblee, GA daily.2 – 5 years of experience in customer service roleMust have strong written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.The Extras We Value (Preferred Requirements)BA/BS Aviation Management PreferredDetail oriented with the ability to adapt to fast paced changing environment.Prior aviation experience in guest relations, airport operations, and/or scheduling dispatch is a plusWheels Up StoryWhat We Offer: Salary Range & BenefitsAt Wheels Up, we believe in fair compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. The salary for this role is $61,000 to $77,000, depending on a variety of factors. We don't typically start individuals at the top of the salary range; your place within the range is based on what you bring to the table.
