This is a transactional and regulatory role advising sophisticated contractors and investors navigating federal procurement rules. The Role You will counsel clients on: Government contracts compliance and regulatory strategy Small business size-status issues Domestic preference requirements and supply chain considerations FAR and agency-specific procurement regulations The practice sits within a broader white collar and investigations platform, giving you visibility into both transactional and enforcement risk. Candidate Profile 2–5 years of government contracts experience Exposure to M&A due diligence in the government contractor space Strong working knowledge of FAR and related regulations Clear, practical judgment when advising business teams You should be comfortable advising on live transactions and interacting with sophisticated in-house legal and compliance teams.
