Overview

Assists the Department Director in planning, directing and coordinating the operational, financial and personnel activities of the designated departments. Provides clinical and operational leadership for areas assigned.

Qualifications

-Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required -Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO)

-Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 3 years of hire
