What You’ll Do:

The Project Manager is responsible for establishing and managing project timelines from conception to completion.

• Lead project management for the end-to-end product development process from concept through production
• Establish project management deliverables and execution, ensuring product launches are on time
• Develop and manage timely flow of projects from initial kick off through completion; formulate and manage timelines and reports
• Manage and track multiple new product development projects; monitor day-to-day project activities, track changes, and identify potential risks
• Monitor project progress by tracking schedules, migrating risks and resolving issues
• Enforce deadlines and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner
• Regularly meet with PMO Department to review project status, identify any late task or open issues, and report back on action items for resolution
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Costing, Supply Chain, Quality, Brand Design, and Operations Teams to ensure seamless execution development plans
• Serve as the key liaison for all cross-functional departments, both in house and overseas
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope
• Assess and report the day-to-day progress of tasks and deliverables using project management tools
• Other duties may be assigned

Bring It!

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management, CPG industry required
• Solid understanding and working knowledge of Workfront is required
• Experience coordinating, managing, and supporting initiatives and workstreams
• Experience project managing end to end product development lifecycle
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

Salary range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)

This is a temporary position with the possibility of full-time employment.
