About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle to lead strategic operations that drive financial optimization and operational excellence across its multi-state healthcare system. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive revenue cycle strategies, monitoring and analyzing financial metrics, and leading teams to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies. This role requires a minimum of ten years of hospital revenue cycle management experience within a multi-state health system, with a strong preference for a Master's degree and CPA certification. The Corporate Vice President will also be tasked with implementing advanced technology solutions, fostering partnerships with vendors, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and operational strategies. Key responsibilities for the Corporate Vice President of Revenue Cycle include overseeing centralized and regional revenue operations, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership, and fostering relationships with financial leaders and executive management. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, and at least seven years of system-level leadership experience in revenue cycle operations. Proficiency in EPIC, Meditech, and Change Healthcare products is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading revenue cycle operations for large healthcare organizations, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to travel as required to oversee system-wide initiatives.
