Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience and be proficient in handling adult and pediatric patients. Responsibilities include proper specimen labeling, adherence to safety protocols, and timely delivery to the lab.This position may require floating across departments or units. Weekend, holiday, or early morning shifts may apply. Missed shifts must be made up as determined by department need. Onboarding typically takes 4–6 weeks. Voice screening and hiring manager interviews are required.
