Design Project Manager

The firm has a strong track record of delivering high-quality, design‑led projects across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets, with a focus on creating best‑in‑class environments that drive long‑term value. Role The Design Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating the design process across multiple projects, with a particular focus on design development and delivery. You will act as the central point of coordination across architects, engineers, and consultants, ensuring projects are design‑led, commercially viable, and delivered to the highest standard. Lead and manage the design process from concept through construction documentation and delivery Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design excellence and technical alignment Review and refine design packages, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and investment strategy Oversee value engineering initiatives without compromising design integrity Collaborate closely with development and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution Support planning, entitlements, and regulatory approvals where required Monitor design progress, mitigating risks and driving timely decision‑making Maintain a consistent design standard across multiple projects within the portfolio This role offers a unique opportunity to sit on theowner/operator side, working closely with senior leadership, development, and investment teams to shape projects from early‑stage design through delivery. Candidate This role requires a candidate with a minimum of five years’ experience in design or design management, capable of operating confidently with external consultants while aligning design outcomes with commercial and investment objectives.
