Front Of House Lead Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for a full time Front Of House Lead Supervisor position.

Location: 12521 128th Lane NE, Kirkland, WA 98034 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Must be available for mid and closing shifts, evenings, and weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Barista experience required. WA Food Handler's training and some supervisory experience preferred.

Pay Range: $27.00 per hour to $29.00 per hour

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
