Kids Gym Instructors / Activity Leaders My Gym Children’s Fitness Center is looking for energetic, positive individuals to join our team as Kids Gym Instructors / Activity Leaders. This role is active, fun, and meaningful — you help children build confidence, strength, and social skills through structured play and fitness. Ensure a clean, safe, healthy environment Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team What We’re Looking For High-energy, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills Confident performing, speaking, or leading in front of groups 25+ hours per week , including weekends Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theater, or early childhood education is a big plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (Party hosts regularly earn additional tips on weekends, increasing overall hourly earnings).
