Our program blends education, soccer and fun into high-energy sessions and leaves a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. The Job Lead 30‑minute to 1‑hour sessions at local preschools, elementary schools, parks, and community centers. Travel within a 30–45 minute radius for coaching assignments. Engage children ages 18 months to 8 years in high‑energy soccer sessions. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to pass a background check. Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle that is insured. Prior soccer experience is not required; experience working with children ages 18‑months to 8‑years old is preferred. Availability Weekday mornings: 8:30 AM – 1 PM Weekday afternoons: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM – 7 PM Weekend mornings: 8:30 AM – 1 PM These time windows indicate when sessions are scheduled; schedules are assigned and remain consistent weekly throughout the season. Compensation and Hours Weekday: $20/hr, Weekend: $25/hr Bonus opportunities each season (four times per year) Hours of operation: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am – 7:00 pm; Saturday‑Sunday 8:30 am – 1 pm Growth opportunities Supportive staff Online + in‑person paid training 24/7 access to online training resources End‑of‑season celebrations and other team activities What We’re Looking For in Coaches Passion for working with children Punctual and consistent (coaching at least two complete seasons preferred) Responsible and organized Takes initiative Can still be a “kid” with a silly, goofy, and high‑energy personality High standards Patience and kindness Flexibility and adaptability Goal oriented Application Process Visit to apply.
