Front Desk Ambassador

John Knox Village of Florida is seeking a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented Front Desk Ambassador to be the face of our customer-centric community. This role offers a unique opportunity to interact daily with residents, families, and guests-ensuring they feel valued, supported, and truly at home. John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70-acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will create a positive first impression from the moment someone enters our community. You will answer phones promptly and professionally, sort mail with accuracy, manage deliveries, and assist residents and guests with a friendly, solutions-focused approach. Your role is essential in fostering trust, building relationships, and enhancing the overall experience within our vibrant community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones promptly and courteously
• Sort and distribute mail with accuracy
• Manage deliveries and ensure smooth handling of incoming items
• Provide exceptional customer service to all community members
• Assist with inquiries and help resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
• Support a welcoming, resident-centered environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
