Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental administration and customer service, with a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and specialists, ensuring clear communication and understanding between all parties involved
- Educate patients on recommended treatments, procedures, and financial options
- Manage patient records and documentation accurately and confidentially
- Handle insurance claims processing and billing procedures efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, providing a welcoming environment for patients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dental administration preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and patient care

Hours of Operation:
- Monday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Friday: Closed
- Saturday: Closed
- Sunday: Closed
