About the Team

You will join OKX's Web3 Ops team, focusing on the tokenised Real-World Asset (RWA) ecosystem and partnership growth, bridging traditional finance and DeFi.

What You'll Do

• Drive partner management and expansion in the tokenised RWA vertical, collaboratng with quality asset partners and managing ongoing operations.
• Define and execute ecosystem and partnership growth strategies, building awareness among TradFi-background audiences and partners.
• Activate and manage external partnership channels (content platforms, ecosystem and finance communities) to grow awareness and partner engagement.
• Own the full lifecycle of high-value channel partners: sourcing, commercial structuring, contracting, activation, performance tracking, and renewal.
• Represent the team at industry events and finance conferences, expanding industry presence and partnership networks.
• Work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure all partner activities meet local regulatory requirements.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in channel partnerships, KOL/IB management, or BD at a retail fintech, brokerage, or crypto exchange.
• A verifiable, portable network of active finance/crypto KOLs, IBs, and content partners that can be activated quickly.
• Deep understanding of traditional financial assets and asset tokenization.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with the ability to design effective partnership incentive structures.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, able to cover Chinese-speaking and international markets effectively.
• Hands-on, ownership mindset, comfortable with quarterly partnership and engagement targets.

• Dual networks spanning both TradFi and crypto-native communities
• Experience with overseas Chinese-speaking diaspora communities
• Hands-on experience designing referral mechanics and campaign incentive structures
• Strong analytical foundation — comfort with funnel diagnostics and ROI modeling
