A Dallas-based fast-growing Business/IP Litigation/Transaction Law Firm (12-attorney firm)is inviting candidates to apply for a junior business litigation attorney position to become a new member of our growing team.  Our Firm is a fast-growing firm and wants someone with a strong growth mindset.

$100,000 - $120,000 + bonus

• Legal issue spotting with a new matter
• Review, organize, and analyze documentation from the clients
• Coordinate with attorneys and present the legal strategy to clients 
• Perform legal research on pertinent client issues
• Draft recommendation memos for clients
• Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, orders, and business transactions documents 
• Prepare clients throughout the litigation/transaction process
• Draft and answer legal questions for marketing and sales teams 

• Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required
• Excellent written skills
• Graduation from law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree
• Pending Texas Bar or Texas Bar admitted;
• Tech-savvy is a plus
• Journal experience preferred
