Assistant Manager, Quality Control

About The RoleThis role will be responsible for helping to manage the Quality and Enablement team within the outbound (fulfillment) operations organization. This includes but is not limited to establishing reports and analyzing KPIs, creating and validating SOPs, partnering with cross functional departments and leaders, analyzing audit reports and identifying anomalies to provide SMART action plans, facilitating onboarding, audits and training as needed. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package.
