Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

What You'll Do:

Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry Receive full training.
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, Facility Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.

Requirements:

Must possess valid LVN license.
Must have at least 2 years of experience
Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.
Must pass drug screen, background check & fingerprinting
Must complete facility and HHSC required training.

Schedule:

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday - Saturday
Note: Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.

Able to start any day during the week, given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.
