Practice Acquisition Specialist

Remote | Full-Time | $65,000/year

We are a growing Dental Support Organization (DSO) partnered with 45+ dental practices across 15+ states , and we're continuing to expand.

Our practices are unique because they are built around the doctors, teams, and communities they serve. We believe in servant leadership , supporting our doctors and team members rather than taking away what makes each practice special.

We are looking for a highly organized, personable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team and support our growing dental practice acquisition process.

What You'll Do

You'll help keep prospective acquisitions organized and moving forward—from initial review and due diligence through closing. You'll work with doctors, practice owners, brokers, CPAs, attorneys, lenders, and our internal leadership team.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Coordinating due diligence and keeping projects on track.
• Organizing and reviewing financial and practice information.
• Managing spreadsheets, Smartsheet, and other systems.
• Tracking documents, deadlines, questions, and follow-up items.
• Assisting with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Communicating with a variety of people and helping ensure a smooth acquisition process.
• Identifying potential issues and bringing them to leadership's attention.

• Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through.
• A clear and professional written and verbal communicator.
• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working with different personalities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and detailed information.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experienced with Smartsheet; Wrike experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.
• Experienced in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or modeling is a strong plus , but not required.
