Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor - 2nd shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor - 2nd shift.

Job Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

Location: Kenosha, WI

Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000

What's the Job?

• Oversee and maintain safety, quality, production, staffing, and efficiency standards within the assigned department.

• Ensure proper staffing requirements are met and enforce all safety practices to promote a safe working environment.

• Prepare daily efficiency reports and monitor departmental performance to meet or exceed production goals.

• Verify compliance with HACCP documents and monitor GMPs to uphold quality standards.

• Understand and apply BRC principles, providing training to team members to ensure standards are maintained.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food processing, with familiarity in USDA and HACCP standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school coursework or a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to make quick, sound decisions and lead a team effectively.

• Training in Lock out/Tag out, HACCP, GMP, Safety, and BRC or other global standards.
