Neonatologist Opportunity At Sanford Children's Hospital In Fargo, ND

Sanford Children's Hospital in Fargo, ND, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible neonatologist to join the region's largest team of board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists.

Key features of this position include:

• The largest (40+ bed) level III regional NICU in the state of North Dakota
• A team that includes six neonatologists and 14 staff NNP/PA plus per diems
• 24/7 in-house coverage by NNP/PA
• Support from airmed transport services with helicopter and fixed wing covering the tri-state area
• Over 300 pediatric and neonatal transports annually
• Assistance at the time of high-risk delivery and post-resuscitative care of the sick newborn
• Largest team of more than 65 board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists in the region
• Sanford medical center houses an 8 bed PICU, with additional flex beds if needed. Floor shared with 24 bed pediatric unit, and 40-bed level III NICU
• Sanford health Fargo serves a large catchment area of 1.2 million throughout ND, MN and parts of SD and MT
• Joint appointment as clinical faculty with department of pediatrics at UND school of medicine and health science teaching medical students & family medicine residents as well as an upcoming pediatric residency in 2024

Compensation package includes a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
