Development Finance Analyst — Real Estate Projects
The NRP Group LLC
The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage financial aspects of development and construction projects. You will analyze cash flows, track budgets, and prepare reports for lenders and joint ventures, collaborating with developers and project managers. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3–5+ years of experience, and strong Excel skills; CPA or MBA is preferred.
