Recruiting Lead - Global Impact (Remote, Flexible)

Centre for Effective Altruism

The Centre for Effective Altruism is hiring a recruiter to own full-cycle hiring end-to-end for a rapidly growing team. You will lead recruitment initiatives, coach hiring managers, and partner with teams to build effective hiring processes in a fully remote environment.

This role offers flexible hours, occasional travel, and a compensation package aligned with US market norms. Join a mission-driven movement expanding across time zones.
