Job Title: Corporate Associate – M&A (3–7 Years)
Compensation: $260,000 – $350,000 (based on years of experience)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite; Monday required)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–7 years of experience , primarily focused on Mergers & Acquisitions . This role involves handling transactions from start to finish, including drafting, due diligence coordination, and potential exposure to capital markets and other corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle public and private M&A transactions
- Draft and review transactional documents
- Coordinate due diligence and closing processes
- Manage deal timelines and maintain transaction checklists
- Mentor junior attorneys, as needed
- Occasionally assist with capital markets or other corporate matters
Requirements
- BigLaw experience required
- J.D. and admission to the NY Bar (in good standing)
- 3–7 years of experience in corporate/M&A law
- Strong drafting and transaction management skills
- Familiarity with securities laws preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Proactive, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple matters simultaneously
