Corporate M&A Associate Attorney

A leading firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Associate to join its growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least 3 years of experience handling sophisticated mergers and acquisitions and broader corporate matters. Key Responsibilities: Represent private equity firms, sponsors, and strategic buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions Draft and negotiate primary transaction documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary agreements Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including management of data rooms and review of key commercial, financial, and legal materials Support all phases of transactions from structuring through closing and post-closing integration Advise clients on general corporate matters, including governance, entity formation, and commercial agreements Qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active bar license in good standing 3+ years of corporate transactional experience at a law firm Demonstrated experience handling M&A transactions, including drafting, diligence, and deal execution Experience working with private equity clients or on complex commercial transactions is preferred Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr Larson Maddox
