Position Summary:

The Marketing Specialist supports regional marketing initiatives, store operations, promotions, and community engagement. This position works closely with internal teams, store management, customers, and external partners to help execute marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with store operations and internal teams to support local marketing and business development initiatives.
• Assist in developing marketing proposals, promotional programs, and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and product visibility.
• Coordinate with internal departments, stores, vendors, and external partners to ensure marketing programs are executed effectively.
• Support product launches, in-store promotions, community events, and other marketing activities.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and communications.
• Monitor local market activities and provide feedback on customer needs, competitive activity, and marketing opportunities.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing programs and promotional execution.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, advertising, social media, or related fields preferred.
• Grocery, retail, or food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong writing skills in both languages.
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and other basic business software.
• Willingness to travel within the East Coast region.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays based on business or event needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.

Working Conditions:

• This job may be performed in an environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time.
• Location: 6338 Regio Ave, Buena Park, CA 90620.
• Travel: 15% ~25%.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays as necessary.

Compensation:

The pay range for this job starts at $20 - $25 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
