Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, market research, and brand positioning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and create data-informed marketing solutions that elevate client success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Assist in the creation of promotional materials and marketing content
Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to improve effectiveness
Support the execution of product launches and trade show participation
Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all communication channels
Coordinate with design, sales, and product development teams to align marketing efforts
Prepare regular reports on campaign ROI and key performance indicators

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing or strategic planning role
Strong understanding of marketing principles, analytics, and campaign development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
