Job duties include handling hundreds of donations daily, performing light warehouse work, greeting donors, accepting donations, using light machinery to move heavy loads, sorting donations by type and quality, and operating power equipment to organize and store donated products efficiently.

Minimum qualifications include a positive, friendly attitude, basic mathematical and literacy skills, ability to use essential job equipment and tools, flexibility to work varying schedules, successful completion of a criminal background check meeting agency standards, and physical capability to lift and move objects.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in light manufacturing, warehouse work, or donation-related tasks, and a high school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent.
