You will be surrounded by a team of consultants and work together in teams. Your impact on the projects will be important and you will play an active part in the success of the missions the company tries to achieve. Before and during those projects, you will be trained extensively to be ready to start your assignment. An ongoing coaching program supports you and brings you to the next level. Regular feedbacks will be provided so you can learn, grow and succeed. Your projects will consist in supporting a team of key account managers and consultants in providing the best possible solutions to their clients. You will therefore evolve in a B2B environment where you’ll be able to develop both your knowledge and competencies. The projects will revolve around sales, marketing and digital assignments the company’s customers need to achieve to maintain or exceed their performance. During the projects, you can count on the support of your team members to challenge you, coach and train you and lead you to your next level. As this company is international, you can count on projects in Dutch, French and English speaking environments. This can also improve your language skills provided you have operational knowledge in these three languages. Profil Education: Master’s degree is an absolute must-have. Languages: Dutch or French as mother tongue and capacity to speak the other language; English: professional level. Experience: You have recently graduated from a master’s program or have a first professional experience. You have either an experience or strong affinity with sales, marketing or digital.
