About Our Agency: Our agency opened in 2021 and is a team of five built on strong relationships, growth, and a genuine commitment to serving others. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and gained experience in financial planning, which continues to shape how we support our customers. I attended the University of Central Oklahoma and am married with three children. Family is a big part of who I am, and that carries into how I lead and support my team. Role Description: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Blake Jordan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
