Role Description: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Blake Jordan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities: Provide information about insurance products and services, Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented and able to multitask, Experience in customer service or sales preferred

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
