$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care, fostering a nurturing environment.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health, ensuring timely interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support residents in maintaining their independence, encouraging active participation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to enhance care quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing compassionate care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Proven track record of monitoring and documenting residents' health, promptly reporting any changes.
• Skill in maintaining a clean and safe living environment, fostering a sense of home for residents.
• Strong communication skills to engage in meaningful conversations and activities with residents.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, creating a supportive and inclusive community.
• Experience in administering medications accurately, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.
