As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your territory, leveraging networking events and innovative outreach strategies. Sales & Relationship Management: Engage directly with HCPs, present tailored solutions, and build long‑term relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Product Expertise & Demonstrations: Develop a deep understanding of TEOXANE Dermocosmetics; conduct in‑person or virtual product demonstrations and educational sessions to highlight features, benefits, and usage best practices. Pipeline Management: Independently manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through closing deals, providing regular updates and forecasts to management. Market & Industry Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes; provide feedback to shape marketing strategies and product development. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies; maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Required Experience & Qualifications Proven Sales Experience in Dermocosmetics: Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Self‑Motivated & Independent: Ability to work autonomously as a 1099 independent contractor; highly driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex product information accessibly. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the aesthetics market and dermocosmetics. Organizational Skills: Capable of managing a dynamic sales pipeline and multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
