DIVISION NAME: GlobalPartnerships LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid, 2 days a week from our office) REPORTS TO: EVP, Partnerships and Sr. Director, Partnerships START DATE: Immediately Summary of Position & Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a driven and creative person who is eager to be challenged and develop a career in marketing, and specifically, strategic partnerships with an emphasis on entertainment. Our day-to-day job entails building andmaintainingrelationships with brands on behalf of our clients to create reciprocal exchanges between those parties. Executing impactful, impeccable campaigns for our clients is a daily standard. The Marketing Coordinator will primarilyassistthe EVP and Sr. Director of Partnerships. Job Responsibilities: Being able to multi-task consistently, work quickly and efficiently and retain information about many projects at once is a must for this role. Administrative Support the Sr. Director and/or the Executive Vice President with administrative needs such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, circulation of agendas, note taking, expenses processing, travel arrangements, maintenance of online databases and servicing NDAs Update andmaintainclient and partner-facing materials e.g., deal memos, pitch lists, statusreportsand marketing calendars Support account lead(s) and provide guidanceand oversightto interns whomaysupport account Assistwith general officeduties and other administrative tasks as needed Relationship Management & Development Organization and maintenance of division and client’s contact database Develop andmaintainrelationships with promotional contacts Develop strong client relationships and always meet client deadlines and exceed expectations Program Development & Execution Research potential partners and industry trends andparticipatein creative team brainstorms toidentifynew brandsand opportunities Prepare research,recapsand reports for clients under multiple deadlines Buildengaging pitches (presentations, concepts, etc.),demonstratingcreative thinking Assistwith and/or manage a partnership execution, including drafting and reviewing deal memos and legal contracts, asset trafficking and creative reviews, and ongoing measurement of partnership programs Overall Help foster a high performing culture that supports the goals of the Partnerships business unit and the company overall Have a presence on the team, offer solutions to challenges based on current or past experiences Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degreerequired(marketing, communications, or public relations preferred) Minimum2-year related experience (strong internship experience considered) Proficiencywith Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or Keynote Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel in-person, via emailand videoconference,and on the telephone Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of clients and projects at the same time with a high degree of accuracy Positive attitude, good persuasive skills, ability tomaintainconfidentiality Ambitious, resourceful, focused and goal oriented Creative thinkerand problem solver, team player Stellar written and verbal communications skills to effectively influence promotionalpartners,general publicaudienceand all levels of internal staff Details: The annual salary range for this full-time position is $55,000-$60,000. This position will be eligible toparticipatein the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental,short-termand long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flex PTO).
