Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary Must be competent in all departments in a Surgery Office setting except transcription and have a general knowledge of accounts receivables including managed care, insurance and their requirements. Responsibilities include extensive patient contact, scheduling, filing, and telephone work. Must be knowledgeable in general surgeryprocedures, including pre- and post-op patient requirements. Candidates must be able to work within all departments in the general surgery office when needed, with minimal supervision.
