The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of production equipment within a small team environment. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and optimizing manufacturing systems during regular day shifts with no travel required. The technician supports continuous production efficiency by adhering to safety standards and providing technical expertise.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repair and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to quickly restore operations
• Conduct system testing and diagnostics to ensure reliable performance
• Adhere to safety compliance standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status
• Provide technical support to the production team as needed
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
