One minute, you're diagnosing an electrical issue or fixing a leaky pipe; the next, you're painting a room or managing snow removal to keep the grounds safe and accessible. With a mix of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work, plus some landscaping to keep things looking pristine, there's never a dull moment. You'll team up with the Maintenance Supervisor to make sure everything is running smoothly.
