Job Summary HCA Florida South Shore Hospital is seeking a full‑time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who is passionate about high quality patient care to join our collaborative team in Sun City, Florida. Located about 30 minutes south of Tampa off I‑75, our facility serves the communities of Sun City Center, Ruskin, Wimauma, Riverview, Apollo Beach, and Gibsonton. Description Specialization: Anesthesiology Care team model: 4 physicians, 4 CRNAs covering 4 ORs plus 2 NORA. Diverse mix of cases including heavy orthopedics, general, endoscopy, neurology, gastroenterology, bariatrics. No cardiac, pediatric, or obstetric cases. Average surgical volume 3,600 cases annually. Supervision model: two physicians on duty during the day with physicians sitting cases as needed. No call, no weekends. Schedule is 4 days the first week, 10 days the second week. Qualifications Florida license and DEA registration. Benefits Package $75,000 start‑date bonus and relocation assistance available. Premium rate of $170 per hour for clinicians who opt to pick up extra work. 8 weeks paid time away from practice, front‑loaded (not accrued) and increases with years of service. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability and life insurance. 401(k) with company match starting at 3% and increasing with years of service. $2,500 in CME annually.
