Manager, Account Strategy

Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns across managed and self-service platforms Translate client marketing goals into actionable media strategies using Walmart Connect's advertising solutions Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and optimization against key performance indicators Analyze campaign data and digital metrics and recommend improvements Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and client onboarding Build joint business plans with clients using forecasting tools and customer insights Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams Lead a team of three Account Strategists and four Partner Managers Mentor, coach, and manage team-member performance Support a major enterprise food supplier's campaigns and accounts Uphold company values and ethical standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 3 years' experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy; OR 5 years' experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy Proven expertise in developing and executing omnichannel media strategies aligned with client marketing goals Strong analytical skills with experience applying digital metrics such as incrementality, ROAS, and CTR Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally to enable strategic outcomes Ability to lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration across advertising technology platforms Experience building and maintaining strategic client and agency relationships Proficiency in customer insights and forecasting tools Leadership skills including mentoring, coaching, and performance management Commitment to ethical standards and company values Preferred: experience in sales or media strategy Preferred: experience with DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI Master's degree in marketing, business, or related area preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing omnichannel advertising strategies, leveraging strong analytical skills to optimize campaign performance and drive client success. Proven leadership in managing teams and fostering strategic client relationships while upholding ethical standards.
